Hebei Jiarui GRP Tanks Wins Trust in South American Market With BV-Certified

Nov 20, 2025 ご伝言

In today's reshaping global industrial equipment market, China's manufacturing industry is once again demonstrating its strong international competitiveness. Recently, a batch of large GRP tanks designed and manufactured by Hebei Jiarui FRP Co., Ltd. has been successfully completed and is about to be shipped to South America for infrastructure construction. To ensure the flawless operation of this critical equipment, the project team specially invited the internationally recognized authority Bureau Veritas (BV) to conduct rigorous pre-export inspections, demonstrating the high importance all parties place on project quality and long-term benefits. This BV inspection is not only a necessary step in contract delivery but also an authoritative endorsement of the product's compliance with international standards, laying a solid foundation for the long-term safe operation of the project.

, with their advantages of being lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting, are widely used in the chemical, water treatment, and energy industries. This export project involves multiple large fiberglass tanks that will be used in industrial facilities in South America to support local infrastructure upgrades. The BV inspection process includes material testing, structural evaluation, and performance verification, aiming to ensure the safe operation of these tanks in harsh environments. This fiberglass reinforced plastic tank export project not only showcased the technological strength of Chinese manufacturing but also strengthened cooperation with the client.

The exported fiberglass tanks will be used in a critical chemical processing facility in a South American country. Given the unique characteristics of the stored media and the complex local climate, the client placed extremely high demands on the tanks' corrosion resistance, structural integrity, and long-term durability. The BV inspection engineering team, based on the latest international standards and the client's technical specifications, conducted traceability and sampling tests on the tank's raw materials (such as resin and fiberglass) to ensure they met high-performance indicators from the source. The inspection also focused on the tank wall's laminate structure, thickness uniformity, Barcol hardness, and reinforcement of interfaces (such as manholes and nozzles) to ensure the fiberglass reinforced plastic tanks used in the South American chemical project could withstand various stresses and corrosion.

This successful BV inspection signifies that Chinese-made GRP tanks have once again gained international market recognition. It is not merely a simple trade export but also a manifestation of international production capacity cooperation and high-quality infrastructure construction under the spirit of the Belt and Road Initiative. The successful commissioning of this batch of high-quality fiberglass reinforced plastic tanks in South America will strongly support local industrial development, strengthen cooperation with customers, and earn valuable reputation for Chinese manufacturers. This initiative marks a further expansion of Chinese enterprises in the global chemical and storage and transportation sector, opening new avenues for future expansion into broader international markets.

Throughout the production process, BV's experts collaborated closely with the manufacturer's technical team. They focused on validating the design for storing and transporting highly corrosive media, as well as ensuring the stability of the manufacturing process. Every layer layup and every curing step was conducted under control conditions. This transparent and data-driven manufacturing and inspection process, shared with end customers through regular briefings, greatly enhanced customer trust.

With the growing global demand for environmental protection and sustainability, fiberglass reinforced plastic tanks have broad application prospects in the South American market. The successful completion of this project, after inspection by BV, will further enhance product credibility and help Spanish companies explore more international opportunities. In the future, both parties plan to deepen cooperation and promote the implementation of more innovative storage and transportation solutions.
